Z mesecem septembrom se zaključuje dvoletni projekt Erasmus+ KA2. Srečanja sta se udeležila dva naša učitelja, glavni namen pa je bil pregled opravljenega dela ter predstavitev končnih izdelkov, ki so nastali v obdobju trajanja projekta. As part of the Drones4STEM program, IDEC with the support of HOU and all partners, organised a transnational educational event on Monday 8 September in TITANIA hotel in Athens. The event focused on the presentation of all project’s outcomes (use cases, e-learning course, piloting etc) while during the practical session it focused on the demonstration of the use cases with drones. The participants were able to see how through app-based drone operations, they can use simple commands that enable them to program drone’s flight movements. They were also able to see through demonstration practical methods for collecting data in the field and automatically saving it to files for later analysis. More than 70 Greek and international participants took part in the event, creating a lively, multicultural learning environment. The feedback collected was extremely positive as they described the event as engaging, hands-on, and directly applicable to STEM education. The event provided interpretation in the Greek Sign Language, which enabled the participation of numerous participants from vocational schools for deaf.
